Recruiter Phone Screen

Congratulations! You've moved forward in the process. A member of our recruiting team will reach out to schedule a brief conversation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your background, interests, and qualifications to ensure a strong fit for the role. 

It's also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions about the position or our company culture. We look forward to getting to know you better! 
Stage 4

Hiring Manager Interview

You've advanced to the next stage! In this interview, you'll meet with the hiring manager to discuss the role in more detail. This conversation will focus on your skills, experience, and how you can contribute to our team’s goals. It’s also an opportunity to dive deeper into the specifics of the position and explore how your background aligns with our needs. 

We encourage you to ask questions to ensure the role is the right fit for you. We’re excited to learn more about you! 
Stage 5

Peer Interview

In this stage, you'll have the chance to meet with potential team members. The peer interview provides a deeper look into our team dynamics, daily operations, and workplace culture. It’s an opportunity for both you and your future colleagues to assess how well you’d work together. 

Feel free to ask questions about their experiences, the team’s goals, and what it’s like to collaborate here. We’re eager to see how you might fit within the team!

Peer Interview 2

Leadership/Cross-Functional Interview

In this stage, you’ll meet with team members from different departments who will collaborate with you in the role. This interview will focus on how well you work across teams, your communication skills, and your ability to drive results in a cross-functional environment. It’s also a great opportunity to understand how different parts of the organization work together and how your role fits into the bigger picture.

Stage 8

Debrief

In this stage, our hiring team gathers to discuss your interviews and overall fit for the role. We’ll review feedback from each interviewer, evaluate how your skills and experience align with the position, and consider your potential impact on the team. This internal discussion helps ensure a thorough and balanced evaluation of all candidates. Once the debrief is complete, we’ll follow up with you regarding next steps.
Stage 9

Offer

You've completed all rounds of interviews and assessments, demonstrating alignment with both the role requirements and the company’s values. 

During this stage, the hiring team finalizes the terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, start date, and any other relevant details. The candidate is formally presented with an offer letter outlining these terms, with an opportunity to review and discuss further as needed. Once the candidate accepts, they transition into the pre-boarding and onboarding process, where next steps are shared to ensure a smooth start with the team. 
Stage 10

Hired

Congratulations, and welcome to the team! We’re excited to offer you the position and look forward to working with you. You’ll soon receive an official offer letter outlining the details of your role, compensation, and next steps for onboarding.
